The frame, cylinder, and barrel are made from high-strength stainless steel, and all feature a Tungsten Cerakote finish that both looks good and provides outstanding resistance to the elements, abrasion, and scratches. Other features of the Defender 856 include an easy to use trench sight, and a front night sight to promote greater accuracy in low-light environments. In addition, the Defender 856 features an exposed hammer spur with knurled texturing for comfortable shooting in single-action.
