Combining the success of APA's Little Bastard Gen II and The Answer muzzle brakes, the Little Bastard Gen III Self Timing Muzzle Brake is the new standard in hunting and competition brakes. The Gen III Little Bastard Muzzle Brake is available for .223, 6mm, 6.5mm, .30 caliber, .338 caliber, and .45 caliber barrels with 5/8x24 threading.

The Gen III Little Bastard has three new key features. The first is the Unique Recoil Profile (U.R.P.) Adjustable Gas System that was first introduced on the Answer muzzle brake. The U.R.P. System allows for 256 porting configurations, providing the shooter with a truly personalized shooting experience that helps eliminate lateral movement and muzzle rise. The second improvement is the addition of a fourth Bastard port to further dampen recoil. The third new features is a new lock nut design that allows for perfect muzzle place without the risk of over-rotation.
