New for 2020, the long awaited American Precision Arms Gen 3 Fat Bastard Muzzle Brakes are here! The Gen 3 Fat Bastard Brakes can be broken down into three key features. The first is the incorporation of APA's U.R.P. Adjustable Gas System that was first revealed with the release of the APA's "The Answer" Brake. Using the gas screws, the U.R.P. Adjustable Gas System allows the shooter to tune their brake so that it counters their rifle's unique recoil profile. The U.R.P. system isn't just responsible for recoil mitigation - once tuned, it effectively reduces/eliminates lateral movement and muzzle rise. The second feature is the new lock-nut that creates a "zero overotating platform." The final and most noticeable feature of the Gen 3 Fat Bastard Brake is the addition of a 5th Bastard Port Section for an extra level of recoil mitigation.
