It utilizes a heavily fortified construction of Injection Molded HPX high performance resin, giving the iM2700 Storm Case outstanding impact, shock, and crush resistance, as well as an EPDM O-Ring seal to keep out water and dust. Water resistance is enhanced even further thanks to an automatic Vortex purge valve which employs a combination of Valox Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), Xenoy Polyester/Polycarbonate blend, and a Gortex membrane ? together, this assembly ensures the air pressure on the inside of the case is the same as the air pressure on the outside of the case. Aside from the case?s resistance to water, dust, and extreme physical force, the iM2700 Storm Case can easily withstand intense heat and cold thanks to its solid construction.

Other features of the iM2700 Storm Case includes a unique Press and Pull latch that locks automatically, but will open with a light touch. The iM2700 Storm Case also features an ergonomic two-handed carry handle for ease of transportation. In addition, the iM2700 Storm Case features stainless steel pad lock protectors to provide excellent security.
