New for 2023, Nightforce is now offering their renowned SHV riflescope with the new MIL-XT reticle. The reticle was designed to meet the needs of professional PRS and other competition shooters, and promotes fast, accurate shots at long-range. The MIL-XT is composed of a precise 0.05 mil free floating dot with vertical and horizontal lines that feature 0.2 mil holdovers that are numbered for quick reference even under stress. Directly below the center is a matrix of free floating dots separated by 0.2 mil increments. These dots are also numbered, and allows the shooter to easily accommodate bullet drop and wind drift.

The SHV series is perfect for a wide range of applications from target shooting to big game and varmint hunting. Yes, the SHV series comes at an affordable, but it should never be described as cheap. The quality of materials, precise tolerances, and the skilled workmanship make it impossible to build a world-class riflescope that is cheap.
