New for 2024, Gramin completely reimagined the design of the fenix smartwatch to create the fenix 8 Sapphire Solar. It now features an integrated speaker and microphone, allowing users to control aspects of the smartwatch using their voice. The sensors have been fortified and the buttons are now leak-proof, making the fenix 8 dive-rated. In addition to its enhanced waterproofing, the fenix 8 was tested to meet U.S. Military standards for thermal, shock, and water resistance. The screen is made from ultra durable Sapphire glass, and features an integrated solar panel, giving the fenix 8 Sapphire Solar a battery life of up to 48 days (on battery saver mode). The controls are composed of push-buttons and touchscreen combination °C allowing for quick, responsive access in virtually any environment. Other features of the fenix 8 include a wide array of biometric sensors and health centric features to monitor your body's performance throughout the day. These sensors track heart rate, oxygen absorption, stress levels, hydration, and respiration.
