The Christensen Arms Summit Ti lives up to its name as it truly is at the summit of hunting rifle technology in the Christensen line. The Summit TI represents the best of Christensen Arms with regard to design, quality, and performance of bolt-action hunting rifles. It comes equipped with a titanium action precision machined from a solid bar of Ti-6AL-4V titanium. The action features an enlarged ejection port to make loading cartridges easy, and an integral 0-MOA split picatinny rail makes optic mounting options virtually unlimited. The bolt features hand-lapped twin lugs, a spiral fluting, and an M16 style extractor for ensure flawless feeding and extraction of cartridges and brass. The Summit Ti's action is topped off is a fully adjustable match grade trigger and for superior accuracy, and is giving a Nitride treatment for resistance to the elements and corrosion. The precision titanium action is fully bedded and mated to the carbon fiber stock with bedding pillars, giving the Summit Ti outstanding stability. The stock itself is one of Christensen Arms' renowned Aerograde Carbon Fiber Stocks. These stocks are hand laid with the exceptional quality that all Christensen Arms products are known for, and offer an optimal strength-to-weight ratio.

In addition to the precision titanium action and Aerograde Carbon Fiber Stock, the Summit Ti is outfitted with a carbon fiber barrel. The barrel making process starts with a 416R stainless steel bar, which is precision drilled, button rifled, and turned down to an ultra-slim profile. The barrel is then wrapped in layers of a proprietary carbon fiber material that was originally used in the aircraft industry, before being threaded, and given a titanium radial muzzle brake to mitigate recoil. The result is a barrel with a light target contour and a match chamber, which exceeds the standards associated with traditional steel barrels but without the weight. The combination of a titanium action, Aerograde Carbon Fiber Stock, and carbon fiber wrapped barrel gives the Summit Ti a remarkable lightweight between 5.5 to 6 lbs, making the Summit Ti an ideal choice for backcountry hunters, or any hunting application that involves long hikes.
