B&T takes its APC (Advanced Police Carbine) series to the next level with the APC308, a weapon ideal for SWAT and special intervention task forces as well as special military operations. This is particularly evident in the hydraulic shock-absorbing buffer which greatly mitigates recoil and enhances overall accuracy, as well as an all metal lower receiver.The result is a weapon that is controllable on rapid fire, accurate and comfortable to shoot. In addition, many of the APC's controls are reminiscent of the AR-15 platform, such as the ambidextrous safety selector, the trigger assembly, and its ability to accept AR-type magazines.
