This MDT AICS-style magazine is constructed from high strength steel, and is given Cerekote Elite finish on the interior and exterior for excellent durability, reduced friction, and resistance to corrosion. It features a unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design °C this reduces the height when compared to the industry standard and makes magazine changes easier especially from the prone position. Other features include a 0.5" polymer feedlip extension, which retains the cartridge longer and ensures the tip of the round has entered the chamber before the rear of the round is released.
