Hanwag's Ancash II GTX Boots are built for long treks over uneven, unforgiving terrain, and come equipped with a variety of Hanwag exclusive features. They feature the innovative StraightFit Extra for more space in the forefoot area, and the Trekking SF midsole for additional cushioning. Together, these features greatly enhance wearer comfort, especially during longer, more demanding treks. The upper is constructed from premium Nubuck leather and are designed with an emphasis on ankle support and stability, making them perfect for applications involving a heavy pack. Other features of the Ancash II GTX boots include a Vibram Trekking SF Outsole to ensure excellent traction in rugged environments such as over tree roots or in rocky areas.
