It comes equipped with a new integrated laser range finder mounted within the lens itself, eliminating the bulky LRF modules that protruded from previous Rattler models. The use of an LRF in the Rattler V3 LRF 50-640 alleviates the loss of depth perception common on thermals and night vision, and the integrated ballistics calculator helps accommodate bullet drop at extended ranges. The core of the Rattler V3 LRF 50-640 is an industry leading 640"512 resolution 12-micron sensor with an outstanding NEDT rating of <15mK. This allows the Rattler V3 LRF 50-640 to detect a 6-foot heat signature from 2843 yards away. Images are viewable 0.49-inch OLED display with 1920x1080 resolution and in 6 selectable color palettes. Additionally, the Rattler V3 LRF 50-640 has an improved base magnification of 3.5x, making it an optimal option for predator hunters in wide-open terrain.
